Zana specialises in developing Tree inventory programs to suit the needs of clients, to provide accurate information on the health & condition of trees in order to make informed management decisions for the future.
Her knowledge & local experience of trees, soil types, pests & disease over the years has been vital in providing factual advice to further improve the quality and standards of tree care.
Zana provides professional advice, Arboricultural Reports, Tree valuations, Vegetation Control Agreements (VCA) & carries out tree risk assessments using QTRA (Quantified Tree Risk Assessment).

Andrew is a qualified arborist & horticulturist with over
42 years’ experience in various sectors of the Horticulture industry in Australia and has been working as a Consulting Arborist for Paperbark Technologies for the past 7 years.
Andrew graduated from Melbourne’s Burnley College in 1980 before working as a landscape contractor, horticultural consultant and teacher at the Ryde College of Tafe in Sydney. He completed a Diploma of Arboriculture in 2010 and is an ISA Certified Arborist and QTRA Registered User.
Andrew is engaged in all aspects of Paperbark Technologies’ service & delivery and enjoys the opportunities Arboricultural consultancy provides to draw upon his broader horticultural knowledge and experience in landscape construction and education. Andrew is passionate about the role of professional tree management in protecting and developing our urban forest.

With over 16 years of hands on experience within the horticulture, environmental and arboricultural industry Sarah possesses a great love of restoring and retaining Western Australia’s natural areas and urban forest. She is passionate about tree management and thrives on her ability to understand the functionality and importance of balance between nature and society.
Having inspected and risk assessed thousands of trees Sarah is thorough in her approach to tree management and enjoys applying her ever increasing knowledge to her work. Sarah is currently studying for ISA Certified Arborist and Diploma of Arboriculture.

Luisa is originally from Italy where she was trained in Horticulture and Arboriculture. She has been in Perth for 4 years working in the Horticulture/Arboriculture industry. Luisa is an enthusiastic team member who loves trees and working outdoors.
Luisa has been carrying out Tree inventory and auditing on a daily basis for a number of Councils. Her accuracy and attention to detail is her speciality. Luisa is trained in QTRA Risk Assessments and enjoys a challenge in relation to risk versus tree benefits.
Luisa is currently studying to obtain her ISA Certification.

Hugo is originally from the UK where he trained and qualified as a climbing arborist at Merrist Wood College. He has been in the Arboricultural industry for 12 years, working in both the commercial and domestic sector in Australia and the UK. His previous practical experience enables him to identify specific characteristics of tree growth and structure.
Hugo is currently involved in tree inventory and QTRA Risk Assessments of hundreds of trees on a weekly basis Hugo is studying for the International Society of Arboriculture Certification. He is enjoying expanding his knowledge of native tree species and is passionate about retaining trees within an urban environment.
